David Smyth serves as the Head of Brewing and Innovation at Epigram Brew Co. With 7 years of experience in the brewing industry under his belt, David is quite comfortable pushing boundaries and experimenting with recipe creation and brewing techniques. When enjoying beers, he doesn't claim any style as his favorite, though Lagers and Pilsners are his favorite styles to brew, as he finds an immeasurable amount of satisfaction in a clean finished product. Outside of the brewhouse, David proudly wears the title of 'Fun Uncle Dave' when spending quality time with his nieces and nephews, and also can be found participating in any sport with an open spot on their roster.
