Fred Halloran

Fred is the Head of Production at Epigram Brew Company and like most people in the brewing industry fell in love with craft beer from a passion for homebrewing. Fred started homebrewing in 2013 with friends in his driveway and fell in love with all things craft beer. Fred got into the industry on the ground floor at a large production brewery as a warehouse helper and worked his way through the ranks to become a professional brewer, while still homebrewing on the weekends with his best buds and coworkers John and Dave. Fred’s favorite beer to enjoy is a cold one with family and friends and if you force him to pick a style he will probably tell you Kolsch. Fred spends his free time with his wife, two boys and new pup. When not watching sports, you can find Fred coaching little league baseball and youth football, or behind the grill as a self-proclaimed grill master.
