Johnny Diaz is the Assistant Brewer & Cellar Lead at Epigram Brew Co. His passion for beer started back in September of 2013. Like most homebrewers, Johnny caught the brewing bug. Five years later, he was fortunate enough to join a local brewery’s packaging team and move up the ladder to brewer/cellarman. When he’s not at the brewery having a blast, you can find him with his wife, daughter, son and dog. They love camping, watching the Patriots and visiting breweries. The go-to style for Johnny, is the India Pale Ale. The New England style hazy boys are his usual go-to, but depending on the day, West coast styles hit the spot! Cheers!
